Individual Tract CCRs.
Arrowhead Woods is made up of individual tracts that have individual CCRs. They are similar but not the same. A majority of the CCRs have a sunset provision and an opt-out provision. A sunset provision is a deadline by which the CCRs are set to expire unless renewed by the homeowners. An opt out provision allows the homeowners within a tract to modify, amend, cancel or annul, any or all of the covenants, conditions and restrictions.

The first step a homeowner must take is to find his or her tract number to download the right CCR. This is done by either typing your last name, first name or APN number in the San Bernardino County ARC database using the basic search option. Type your last name, first name or APN (Assessor's Parcel Number) and click search. In the search results to the right click on your property and the map will zoom to your house. Then click on Report and then choose View Legal Descriptions. Your Arrowhead Woods Tract number will be in the description. For example, it will read ARROWHEAD WOODS TRACT NO 8053. Once you know your tract number you can download it from the list of CCRs below.
